Amy is a registered member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has experience working with individuals and couples.
With a down-to-earth and collaborative approach, Amy understands that everyone and every relationship is complex. She tailors her therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from various approaches such as evidence-based EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, Gottaman Method, Mindfulness-Based and Self-Compassion Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Amy’s primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while empowering you to achieve your individual and relational goals.
